[Option 1: Half Day Patan Durbar Square + Boudhhanath] [Option 2: Half Day Bhaktapur Durbar Square + Boudhanath]

Good Morning!
08:00AM Breakfast is served. After breakfast you can prepare yourself for the full
day tour of Kathmandu. Make sure to pack in some sunscreen,
sunglasses and a mask for your tour.
10:00AM Meet with our guide at the hotel lobby. Your transfer awaits to take you
on a full day trip of a beautiful Durbar Square and Temple of your choice
as per itinerary.
Option 1: Patan Durbar Square + Boudhanath Stupa
Patan Durbar Square is situated at the centre of the city of Lalitpur in Nepal. It is one
of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of its attraction is the ancient royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur resided.
The Durbar Square is a marvel of Newar architecture. The square floor is tiled with red bricks. There are many temples and idols in the area. The main temples are aligned opposite of the western face of the palace. The entrance of the temples faces east, towards the palace. There is also a bell situated in the alignment beside the main temples.
Boudhanath is a stupa in Kathmandu located about 11 km (6.8 mi) from the center
and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, the stupa’s massive mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal. The Buddhist stupa of Boudha Stupa dominates the skyline; it is one of the largest unique structure’s stupas in the world. The influx of large populations of refugees from Tibet has seen the construction of over 50 gompas (Tibetan convent) around Boudha. As of 1979, Boudha Stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Along with Swayambhu, it is one of the most popular tourist sites in the Kathmandu area.
Option 2: Bhaktapur Durbar Square + Boudhhanath
Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom, 1,400
metres (4,600 ft) above sea level. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Bhaktapur Durbar Square is located in the current town of Bhaktapur, also known
as Khwopa, which lies 13 km east of Kathmandu. While the complex consists of at
least four distinct squares (Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and
Pottery Square), the whole area is informally known as the Bhaktapur Durbar Square
and is a highly visited site in the Kathmandu Valley.
Boudhanath is a stupa in Kathmandu located about 11 km (6.8 mi) from the center
and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, the stupa’s massive mandala makes it one
of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal.
The Buddhist stupa of Boudha Stupa dominates the skyline; it is one of the largest
